network install
no kickstart yet, but this is what was set up to allow for a network install:
- client booted from ks.iso which contains the isolinux directory from the installation disk and the ks.cfg file
- the installation DVD iso mounted on /var/www/html/rhel5-install
- when the client booted from ks.iso, it asked for language, and the installation method. http was selected as the installation method. It asked for NIC info, a static (unused) IP was set.
- Asked for server where the installation media is located, and the IP was given
- Directory: rhel5-install
- then it was just like installing from a CD.
