apache2 with ssl

it seems that the precompiled apache2 binary that comes from www.sunfreeware.com comes with the ssl module. there's a directive in the httpd.conf

LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so


what is ??????
if a var is defined at startup... if httpd was started with -DSSL....
